Default Total Music Stress!

We've got to go see the registrar this month and still haven't found any music for our civil ceremony. We don't really want classical, but can't find anything else we like! The sort of music we listen to (mainly hip-hop) doesn't help as there are very few romantic hip-hop songs that you could play for all your family! (would be happy to be proved wrong here tho!)
Can anyone offer any suggestions for some nice, but not too soppy songs/music for me to walk down the aisle to, for when we're signing the register and for when we leave (quite fancy something lively for this)
We also haven't decided on music for our first dance yet either.........please help!!!

Well I've been looking for music all week, downloading and listening, over and over again. I really like the one called "nobody loves me like you do" by Whitney Houston and Jermaine Jackson from 1985. It's a bit corny but has the r n b edge to it. Whitney did another duet with Teddy Pendergrass called "hold me." I'm deciding between those two for my first dance song.

Brownstone (an intoxicating r n b group from the mid 90's) did a song called 5 miles to empty. You might want to download a few brownstone songs. Some of them are much too sexy but some might not be. All of their songs are outstanding. All the best.

Good luck though! Really hope you find something perfect for your big day.
