We are going to have a weddingy weekend hopefully. Today we are going over to the jewellery quarter to get my engagement ring reset / updated and to look at wedding rings for both of us. J hasn't seen anything he likes yet online or in shops, but when I was there last weekend with my bro we saw some fab mens wedding rings, the brushed non polished kind that I think he wants. My engagement ring needs resetting to fit with a wedding ring, and you never know what we might find when we are there!
Then this afternoon we are sorting out the invitations, a lady is doing a special design for us, we are getting them from here http://www.scissorpaperstone.co.uk
Then we also have readings and music on our to do list, so we need to meet with the organist to discuss those bits and bobs.
Then also going to confirm all the hotel bookings (been trying to book it for a month now so actually going to go in)

I got my wedding band from the Jewellery Quarter too - got prices from 1, went to another who beat and carried on like that lol.
I think my band was £300 but it's platinum with 8 diamonds going all round it - so haggle is my tip!!!

Ooh I haven't updated this yet. Well I am getting my E ring reset, to have four prongs instead of the 7 I had, which will make the ring look square shaped rather than round, IYSWIM. Saw lots of wedding rings too, I want a plain 18ct gold band so it wasn't hard to see lots that were appropriate
We are still sorting invitations, but are further along with them, and still no meeting for readings etc.
Next Monday I am going MOB shopping with mum, and then the Tuesday after that I have a whole day with J, so am going to plan wedding things for then too.
Invitations all sorted! YAYAYAYAYAY am so excited!
We are having a tropical flower on white background, and J and I have just spent an hour on msn to each other sorting the wording, and it has all gone off to the invitation girl.
