Default paper gift bags

Hi

I have asked before but am now getting more desperate

Am looking for paper gift bags (small around 10cm high, 7 cm wide and 4 cm deep)

I have found a PERFECT site that sells these (FETPAK) but they are only an american site and dont want to get things shipped over this close to the wedding - i have looked in every available shop within 30 miles and no luck -

we need purple and/or silver bags - around 80.

wer have everything to go in the bags and really need the bags - argh!!!

I feel my life is becoming consumed by the need for a paper bag!!! (not for the first time can i say but this time i dont want it to go over my head on a bad hair day!!!!!!!!!!)

does anyone have any ideas at all - please???!

What about trying Suppliers of Christmas stuff? I have used purples in the past at Chrissy time.
Surprised silver isn't a colour available in gift bags..... as you could use purple tissue paper inside to wrap your goodies in........or if not purple maybe you could get away with lilac perhaps...(???)
Or.....use a purple decoration of somekind....ie: curly ribbon to introduce the purple into it.

I will keep my eyes peeled for ya anyway.
Good luck

Sunshine

Have been looking but have only really found organza bags or litlle bags made from plastic type stuff.

I know its not what you want but could you not go for organza bags? They are really pretty and you can get them loads of places.

Have you looked on ebay? I put 'paper gift bag' in search and they had all sorts. I got my organza bags (lilac and silver) from there and they are very nice. And a lot cheaper than elsewhere!

How crafty are you? You could get the paper and make bags. Rope the bridesmaids in and get a production line going with a bottle of wine or two.
