A month or two ago Beeny (who writes articles for Wedding Ideas) started a thread on here asking for peoples romantic engagement stories. I replied with ours and she contacted me to ask if it was ok to include it in the magazine with a picture. I wasn't certain it was going to be used but when I read that Decords' story was in it I sent Neil out to the shop to buy me a copy so I could see if our story was there too!!
I have just brought the mag me and andy are in it and my sons name is printed there too im sooooo chuffed i also recognise the other couples names in there beeny has done a great write up and it was spot on i think we should thank her for doing this for us and giving us a wonderful opportunity to be in the magazine, thankyou so much beeny if you read these you did a great job i love the set out and everything, i will treasure this mag forever and i have got all my friends and family buying it too everyones storys were lovely xxx
im so chuffed and i didnt tell Andy my hubby about it until it came out he has seen it now and he thinks its so great thankyou again and again and again xx
of course you will all want our autographes now wont you ha ha ha

i was the same as you wrote a story about my proposal beeny maield me and asked if she could use it and asked for a pic i sent two pics one of our wedding and one of just us on holiday she used the wedding pic.
I wasnt sure weather it would be in as nothing liek this has happened to me before but when iread it was out and a couple off this site was in i thought i would buy it and see if we were in it too and we are im so excited and pleased about it , our moment of fame ay !!!!!!!!!!!!!! mind you looking at the mag i loved the blue b/m dresses on the first page did you see them their lovely

I want to say a huge thanks to Lissa, who sent an absolutely lovely email to my editor - that was ever so sweet of you and means an awful lot to me.
Thank-you again for all your help - it was so lovely to read your wonderful engagement stories, if I had my way then I would have featured you all but unfortunately we have a page limit!!
You have all been so helpful not only for this feature but for so many in the past...you are all so fab!!!
