Question Photography advice

Does anyone have any recommendations for "must have" photos for looking back on your big day?

Also, do you have to pay for your photographers to eat at the wedding breakfast?

I have about 4 hours worth of time with 2 photographers so I wanted a bit of getting ready time for both of us, bit of the ceremony and signing register then the formal photos. I was thinking of bunging them a bit extra to return in the evening because I'm not that bothered about having pics of the speeches and certainly don't want any pics of me looking like an overgrown hamster shovelling food into my mouth.

Part of the package includes a blown up photo of the bride and groom for your evening guests to see so they will have to return to the venue later anyway.

Any advice much appreciated.

I had the job lot with my photos as i love my pics i live for photos as they tell all and you never forget anyone or anything as their always there for you to look back on.
Ihad photos at the wedding the photo man went to the church rather than my house while we got ready as thats the bit i missed with me being the bride so i have candid shots of people arriving and of the groom and his wedding party, then of me when i arrived and posed ones with my party at the church door then when we were greated by the vicar and walking down the church and through the service when we were finished outside church. at reception and basically all through the day till about 6pm. dvd as well.
We had our speeches recoreded and phtos but the photoman and his wife who did the dvd stopped when we were having the meal and came back for the speeches cake cutting etc.
you dont include then in your meal mine just went off and had bar food and came back later, then they carried on till 6.
My photographer when he took all his day photos had a lap top with him which he placed on a table at night and left it there showing a slide film of what he had taken so far thought that was rather nice some guests looked at them but i didnt as i didnt want to spoil it for when we got them and i was too busy to look anyway. he made sure every single prson that came to the wedding was on a photo and i got 450 photos to keep then had to pick 40 to go in the main wedding album.
i loved every minute of it he took control and i had nothing to think or worry about and if there was a certain pic that came to mind on the day that wasnt on the list all we had to do was ask and he took it.
