Hi Cupid,

If you cant get a refund, and you can't wear your shoes now you may as well give this a go - you have nothing to loose.

Go to a shoe shop (I know Barratts do this, I got mine from there) and ask them for a spray which stretches shoes - sorry I really cant remember what it is called. Basically, you spray it around the inside of your shoes and then wear them, it stretches your shoes to match your feet. I did it with a pair and it worked fine, they were a bit too narrow to begin with.

However, you will need to check whether they just work on leather shoes or whether they will work on yours when you go in and ask.

Hope it works for you and then you wont have to get another pair!

Sorry to hear that Cupid - and you liked them so much as well

I hope you manage to sort them out, or to get a refund.

Good luck,

Catherine

cupid

i had the same problem with mine which were also Katz shoes, im normally a size 4-5 so ordered a size 5 thinking they would be fine and they were far too tight accross the toes so i had to have a 6 ! i think they are really small fittings. so some advice for people buying Katz shoes get the next size up to what you usually wear.

are you going to send them back for the next size cupid. i did that with mine and they are sooooo much better and comfier

good luck

claire

Cupid, I was told to go half a size bigger to make sure they fitted okay and it worked - they fit really well even tho I was sceptical at first.

It's worth a try as they are beautiful shoes....

I had the same problem with Melbo shoes, expect they were too big. I'm normally a size 5.5 - 6 but I fit into a size 4 lenght ways with Melbo - unfortunately that meant they were far too tight across the toes.

Alas the hunt for the perfect shoe continues!
