Default is anyone else having dance lessons ?

Hiya,

We are having a slow dance "want to grow old with you" by Adam sandler from the wedding singer then we want to kick into a fast proper dance and for this we have to take our song to a private dance teacher for an hour every week, we are not sure on the song yet but we would like to do the salsa or the mamba just to really suprise guests and so we can also do it on honeymoon.

is anyone else having lessons ??

Bob NEEDS dancing lessons but is too stubborn for that

Just make sure you go for a dance you can do in your wedding dress!! Fancy footwork may be lost under the layers....

There are years ahead for cleaning and cooking.
So, quiet now cobwebs go to sleep.
I'm nursing my baby, and babies don't keep.

hello
Neil and I need dance lessons - however last time we went it ended in a huge argument as neither of us could get our feet to do what we wanted them to and so we both got majorly frustrated.
Hmmmmm this may take a little gentle persuasion:teehee: :uzi: :uzi:
Love

Kirsty,

I love your little guns they cracked me up.

That's why we are havign private lessons so we don't feel under pressure and it's only £20 for both of us for an hour and a bit.

I am just going to book it and he has to come

Karen's threatened me with lessons, but I'm hoping to get away with practising at home.

we are going to have dance lessons if we can find somebody good to teach us privately!

I really don't want to shuffle around the floor with 4 left feet between us!

I want to try dancing lessons because i really want to convince H2B to dance with me to Nat King Cole's "Let there be Love". Any ideas how to go about finding a private teacher and how many lessons it would take?

Hiya,

We picked our songs last night as a choice to dance romanticly to

either

Strangers in the night - Frank Sinatra
Nights in white Satin - Moody blues
True love ways - Buddy Holly
Can't take my eye's of you - Andy Williams
Dream a lttle dream of me - the mama's and papa's

So we are having one funny song adam snadler where we look terrible adn cannot dance then kick into a really great dance for one of the above

We start next week so here's to luck

Oh yes! We're definitely taking lessons! I can hardly wait! I am a horrible clubby type dancer, I need to know the steps! So we're going to take them when we move to London, anyone know where to find cheap lessons? I'm thinking the university will be a good bet....

Yes, probably. We were talking about it this evening. We're having a ceilidh and Niall says he's not to confident about some of the dances and I can't waltz so we probably will. His mum could probably teach us as she is a primary school teacher (we certainly did these things at primary school as kids) but that would just be soooooooo embarrassing!

Think I'll watch Dirty Dancing over and over again, and take our tips from that

will keep the grannies amused at the reception won't it

LOL
