I was wondering when & where you met your H2B and how long have you been together?
I met mine 5 years ago in Cairns, Australia while I was backpacking - he's an Aussie & I'm a Welsh lass!

I met Matt 18 months ago in a chat room....  Met him 16 months ago in the flesh and we've been together for just under a year (it'll be a year on May 6th)
He's Scottish and I'm English (although I live in Wales & have done for YEARS!) He was posted about an hour away from me when we met, then got moved to Northern Ireland just after we finally met in the flesh... thank goodness for Mail, Mobile Phones & . if it wasn't for those we might not be together now!

Mark and I met on the Iron Maiden forum on their web site - he rund the site for the band. He is a Kiwi, although he has lived in Oz for most of his life, I'm from London. We met online on August 26 2000, in person on October 22nd 2000, and I moved here in May 7th 2001. Going home to England (together) next week!!!

Well we 1st met 6yrs ago. He joined a firm I worked for and after loads of flirting, 6 months later we got together and have never looked back!

h2b and I met on ICQ 3 years ago, met in person a month after - he went to Channel Islands to meet me and we've been together ever since. Not easy running a long distance relationship though - has been a lot easier (and cheaper!!) since I moved over last sept. We're going back over there together this september

I met Neal on a drunken night out, he was on a stag night (not his! lol) so you can imagine the state he was in. But saying that, I wasnt much better. I met up with him again the night after, and he asked me for my address so he could write (he's in the army). I really didnt think anythign would come of it, reckoned it was just one of those daft things you do when ur drunk, and now look at us! We only met 12 months ago, so we will have been together 13 months when we get married! Awww, aint love grand???

I met Martin on the internet. He sent me a message on Odigo messenger and we swapped numbers after chatting for only an hour or so!! And he asked me if I'd write to him as he is in the army and was home on leave, we swapped addresses and I wrote to him, but before he even received my first letter we met up, we met up 2 weeks later when he was home on leave. Been together ever since!!

I met Bob at my local pub on August 1st 1998....
Once upon a time, I was meant to be going out with a friend of mine but they got called in to work at the last minute. I decided that as it was a Saturday night I shouldn't really be sat at home so decided to go to my local. I figured if there was nobody there that I knew, I could have one drink and come home. Thankfully, there was someone there that I knew so I latched onto them. 
Meanwhile in the pub, there was a stag night going on and there was a really nice looking guy that I recognised from the bus ride into town many years before, and on other occasions since. Well, I kept looking at him and he kept looking at me. Eventually, being a bit shy, he sent a female friend (who wanted to join the stag party so this was her ticket!) over to me to offer me a drink on his behalf (playground tactics but v.sweet). I accepted and went over to chat to him.  I ended up spending the rest of the night with the stag party going from pub to pub and we've been together ever since.
Bob was actually best man to his brother and the wedding was the following Saturday so Bob met me in town on the Thursday and bought me a dress to wear and I went to the wedding. It was a bit of an unusual way to meet the rest of the family!!  Even more strange was the fact that I was in all the family photos after just one week!!!
Hopefully the ending will be "And they all lived happily ever after"...

I was bored as a virtual reality chat world i go in was shut down thru supposed bankruptcy, and decided to have a peek in em.
We clicked instantly, met 6 weeks later (In april), he moved up from Cannock Staffs to Runcorn by July and the rest is as they say history!!

I was trying to find a woman for my brother (didn't work!) and decided to place an ad on AOL personals, so was flicking through the men's ads to see what others had written.........and there it was, Billy's ad. I answered it, he replied, we e-mailed and IM'd for a couple of weeks, spoke a couple of times on the phone, then met up in the flesh on 18th March 2000. I moved in on 1st December 2001 and he proposed (properly!) on 10th March 2001. (He gets so confused with all these dates to remember, bless him, and I just tease the life out of him about it!)
