Aww Mel sounds fab and I'm sure you'll look stunning. I haven't decided what to do with my hair......its shoulder length, thick and wavy but i know i don't want it up.....my dress demands it's loose and flowing! lol
Laura
mines just past my shoulders, extremely thick, I'm thinking of having little plaits on the top section and them somehow woven around my tiara, then the rest of my hair down.
But I cant find any pictures! Can anyone help??

Ooooh, Mella! Bet youre really pleased! I've got my trial run on the 7th May. When I last went to the hairdressers I was looking through a bridal hair book, and pointed out a style I really liked, so thats what Im having!
My hair is mid back length, and im having it curled and pinned up so it just falls down past my shoulders, with little roses pinned in the back. Sounds awful, but it should be really nice!
I have long hair and I never really wear it up and am a bit worrid about doing that and it making me look a lot different.
Am thinking of maybe having the front bits up and the back down - but no real idea!
Men are so lucky - they just have to get their wedding outfit and they are sorted. Us poor girlies have to worry about hair, make-up etc etc the list is endless!
I am not going to the hairdresser for mine. My little sister is a bit of a wizz with hairdos so I am putting myself in her capable hands. My hair is long and straight and about half way down my back. I am having the front tied back with some flowers, and the rest down. Very feminine, and not too formal. She tried it out on me recently, and it looked lovely.
The only thing that worries me is that our party is on a boat. I will have to glue it down with a ton of hairspray so I dont end up looking like I have been dragged through a hedge
I'm really stuck about this. I've decided to wear it mostly down, although I would like to have it off of my face. I'm just so unsure about having someone else do it.
I was really worried about it too. I'm used to one hairdresser only now, and I just thought no-one (especially a mobile hairdresser) would be able to do it nicely.
But she amazed me.
I thought it was best to start trying hair dressers sooner rather than later to allow more time for having to hunt for a good one.
Not that I am near my avatar, but a couple of years ago I decided to cut my hair rather short, and they are dyed in black too... That I like, especially it has a beautiful contrast with the colour of my dress
However I do not know much what do to with them for the special day...
Anyone else having short hair??? and what do you do with them???

Mel - I'm just really fussy about it, and all the wedding pics I've seen from mobile hair and make-up people have been very old fashioned and 'bridal'. I just want a very young, fashionable style, and I don't have the money to go through a dozen hairdressers trying to find the right one.
I contacted one used and recommended by the hotel. It might be worth just trying one if your hotel can recommend it. At least you've tried and you might be pleasantly surprised. I paid £12 for my hair trial, so not too bad.. She's charging £60 on the day to do three of us. Which ain't bad I reckon..
