We moved ours forward from May 2003 to August this year but luckily I had already chosen a dress. I was told though that they can get dresses quite quickly but you have to pay express charges. How about a dressmaker? They might be a lot faster.
I would start looking asap for a dress, and although most places might tell you you have left it late to get anything one or more of them should be able to put a rush order through for you, it will most likely cost extra to get it to you on time. I don't know London so for a ready to wear dress you should ask one of the gals who live near there if they know of anywhere that could help you.

You shouldn't have too many probs, as ling as you start hunting NOW! They will look at you in mock horror, tutting like dodgy plumbers about how you've left it so late, but some of them will be able to get a dress ordered in for you without any problems at all.
