I'd like to widen Bev's post to ANYTHING you have bought, any service you have used, and website you have found useful.

Who has surprised you with great service, or a great product. Where do you go around the net to find information. Has anyone bought anything from ebay, or have any hints on bargain hunting.

If we can pool this information into a single post, I think it would be really useful.
