After the wedding i am thinking of keeping my maiden name as a sort of middle name- like Sara Maiden Married, not double barrelled like Sara Maiden-Married but i don't know if i need to do this leagally or i can just start using my new name. Has any one else done this? Or do you know where i can look to find out what i have to do.

Legally you can call yourself what you like, but it might be better via deed poll for things like your official documents?
