Our Vicar is doing our reading as we couldnt decide who to have read for us and she offered, so i was quite pleased with that as i felt like i had taken the presure off of some poor sole, i think its only because i get so nervous in that sort of situation myself.

I'm not sure if you are having all of the following, but here are some suggestions:
Thank you presents
Order of service
Rings
Veil
Video camera/camera - arranged friend/family to do or someone else
Umbrella (just in case - it poured on our day)
Box for cards etc to be safely posted into
Transport to and from the reception?
Disposable table cameras
Names/numbers to put on the tables (we forgot these) so people were a bit confused
Name cards
Guest book
Cake boxes & knife
Make-up touch up kit, sewing kit, immodium (just in case!)
Cards to be read out during speaches (we forgot these)
Button holes/corsages

Thankyou for that, i didnt think of a box for cards but i think that was because we havent asked for any gifts, or put a gift list in anywhere but thinking now some people might bring a card with them and they will only get lost, thankyou presents iam going to sort out later as iam sending flowers and champers to people before hand to say thanks for all their help as i know i will forget someone or something on the day, iam waiting for the bridesmaids gifts to arrive they should be here any time soon fingers crossed. And oh bugger i forgot a guest book and cake knife, thankyou

If you haven't requested any gifts etc it is more than likely that people will bring cards containing money and vouchers so it's important that these are kept safe. My friend had her 30th at a H ilton hotel and some of her cards/vouchers disappeared. It's a horrible thought, but all it takes is an opportunist thief, or they may just have genuinely got lost.
Also, is your cake supplied with a stand or do you need to supply your own?
All in all, you sound extremely organised and I'm sure it will all run smoothly. Hope you have a fantastic day.

That happened to me last time. I remember on the day seeing gift tags on gifts with peoples names on and remember other people giving me cards as they came in. The next day some presents and cards were definitely missing. As everything had been put together in one place it looks like someone helped themselves
