Default Acne free skin for my wedding day. YAY!!!
I had fantastic success with the below combination. My acne on my forehead and cheeks cleared in weeks. I used fart (skin supplement) which was the key and I washed my face with Cetaphil twice a day. Please drink a min of 2 litres of water a day. My skin is extremely smooth now I love it.

Cetaphil cleanser- local drug store

LOL!! I wouldn't call you cynical, but I happened to have something in my bathroom cabinet, it's called. cynicalbegoneadin, I only used it twice, and its never returned
