Reply from Confetti - Wedding Forum

Hi,

To any of you that may be interested in the response from Confetti regarding the removal of my post, please read on..

Confetti believe that I was directly trying to solicit members from that site to this, and stands by its right to remove any inappropriate messages posted on its boards.

While the messages posted in jest regarding gaining new members may support this point of view, I still stand by the fact that I was purely passing on information about sites I enjoy to other B2Bs throughout the UK.

I believe this to be no different to passing on information about companies selling for e.g. favours who compete directly with Confetti.

While I will continue to use Confetti, as I am sure most of you will, I am disappointed about the outcome.

Bloody stupid.... and what were you planning to do with those solicited members? Do they not realise that it is possible to visit many sites? :mad:

I\'m far more intrigued by what they thought of this site personally!!

I hope they are desperately ashamed of the quality of what they, a commercial, for profit site offer compared to this \"hobby\" site!!!!;):lol:

and see what you think, It\'s very differnt to confetti and there are always
loads of brides around to chat with. They are very friendly and always willing to help a fellow bride!

(a bit of advertising there, but I don\'t suppose we have any reason to disallow this post!!! :lol:)

Oh well, it\'s a shame that they can\'t see this site for what it is - as Roz says it\'s a hobby site, purely here to be attahed to our wedding site (when it finally gets done! :lol: ). Unfortunately they\'ll have to remove an awful lot of posts from their forum because when the site is ready I shall be showing it off to everyone. :lol:

i have calmed down chuckie but i am quite upset with the wedding guide my friend goes on their i have been talking to her for about 5 months:)and shes my wedding twin she does not have a email address so i leave messages on their for her i just told her if she wanted to contact me i would be on here then i tried to go on the web site before and it said you have no authorization to go or enter this site you are not detecting network problems:mad:and my message has been declined so she didnt even get the message amandaxx:no::no::no::no::no::no::no::no:
