My CBM bought ME silly stuff like a veil with condoms pinned on and chocolate willies and silly stuff like that, but I didn't buy anything for the 20 girls that accompanied me!

It's your last night out as a single woman, so you shouldn't have to spend too much !!

It's just that last year, my friend bought all her 'hens' silly knickers that we had to wear on our heads! I was just wondering if it was the norm to do that kind of thing - or whether people will think I'm a meany if I don't buy them something!!

All of the hen nights I've been too, including my own, we decided that the only person to be dressed up was the hen!
(this was pay back for the amount of times I'd organised someone else's night!!)

If your friends are happy to dress up as well, that's all the better, but I knew that it was going to be me on my own!

We went to a Greek restaurant, and there were 2 other hen nights there too, so that made for an excellent night!!!

HTH

Had my hen weekend last weekend, we all dressed up in camaflage / army gear (v.v comfy!!) and they all bought me little presents, some funny, some nice. Its your night so I'm sure your friends wouldnt expect you to buy them anything!! (I only spend about £10 and was totally trashed!!!) Not surprisingly we got a fair bit of attention!!
Good luck & you'll have a brilliant time!

When I went to my sil's hen night (my brother's wife) she suppiled us all with Lennon specs - but we had to give her £1 for them - so I don't think you need to buy gifts......
