Do you think this is slightly medieval?

I have longer hair than this, it is half way down my back and red. Would have to have some more interesting clips with sparkles on!

Not sure if it would stay in though, looks very delicate.

I love that look. If you have got nice hair it is great to leave it down in all its glory.

Are you going for the medieval look? If so I would consider some slightly less modern looking slides. Like you say, something more sparkly would look nice.

I am having two thin plaitsfrom the hair on each side that are then taken around to the back of the head. ivy leaves & daisys to decorate and the remaining hair in loose curles hanging down my back.

I looked up hairstyles in Robin hood films, etc. and also from lord of the rings. plaits were definatly in!!!
