Talking On the same theme as Rools, engagement rings...

...I love my engagement ring. Knew I wanted it from the minute I saw it.

However, that bloody advert at the top of the screen keeps showing a really lush ring.

Have to say I love this. So, if you could have a second engagement ring, what would it look like?

I love my engagement ring but....if I had to choose another, I'd choose something like this. It's not my ideal one, but I don't have time to search!

18ct white gold three quarter carat diamond ring - The Diamond and Watch Specialist - Ernest Jones

It took me so long to find one I liked and wanted I can't even think of starting to look for a second. So if I have to have a second it would be the same again

The marquise is a boat-shaped cut, with curved sides and pointed ends
I like this one (Design 60) in yellow gold.

Jen, that's lovely, but I have a twisty ring and it was hell getting a wedding ring to fit! Though we are only imagining after all....

I think I would get my sil to design me something. I absolutely adore my ring. Its not worth much in monetary value but the fact that Steve saw it and knew would like it (which is touch as I am picky about jewellery) makes it even more special

I still love my own, which is here Brilliant Cuts * Diamond Cuts * Engagement Rings - MDTdesign, Melbourne, Australia except mine has a green Argyle diamond as opposed to a white one.

Mind you, if pushed, I also like these:

Diane, that second one would be the one I'd pick - thanks for looking for it for me

P chose my ring all on his own and I do really like it. Its like this one. If I was choosing it myself I would probably go for the same one but in platinum instead of gold. I might go for a huge diamond as well.

I don't have a first one. If I could find one that would match my wedding ring I would get it now. I love the ring in Dawnie's post but my wedding ring is a matt titanium so it wouldn't look right.

What I would really like is a titanium ring with a square cut amethyst or tanzanite stone.

Thats gorgeous, and I can get it in matt too only it is a zircoina

It does prove that there are rings out there that will match my ring though, so I think I will take a little time later to have a good look.

My engagement ring is my second
My first was white gold with 2 little emeralds, 2 slightly larger diamonds and a big emerald. It was better than the fella!
now I have a large square cut diamond with a smaller square cut diamond on either side, in yellow gold. we found it in New Zealand a few days after Trent proposed and it was a perfect fit, so we bought it.

Have to say I love this. So, if you could have a second engagement ring, what would it look like?

Don't you think this style might date quite quickly?

I like these: Princess Cuts * Diamond Cuts * Diamond Cuts Melbourne - MDT Design - Melbourne

Absolute Titanium Design

But it'd have to be this:
Coloured Stones * Coloured Stone Jewellery * Melboure Fine Jewellery - MDTdesign, Melbourne, Australia.

This:
Coloured Stones * Coloured Stone Jewellery * Melboure Fine Jewellery - MDTdesign, Melbourne, Australia.

or this:
Coloured Stones * Coloured Stone Jewellery * Melboure Fine Jewellery - MDTdesign, Melbourne, Australia.

I'm not a big fan of diamond engagement rings.

How about this one sara:
Coloured Stones * Coloured Stone Jewellery * Melboure Fine Jewellery - MDTdesign, Melbourne, Australia.
