Default Ushers Duties?

Has anyone given their ushers a list of "things to do" for the day?
I am being nosy to see if there is anything I have missed as I was thinking of making them a reminder sheet so they don't forget anything.

Again, we didn't give the usher's a list of things to do!

At the rehersal the Vicar told them they need to be there an hour or so before to look after early guests. I had them giving out the order of service and organising parking, and then making sure that everybody had a way of getting to the reception venue and nobody got left behind!

And they did a stirling (sp?) job!!

Our ushers will be at the church early and show people to seats and give out order of service sheets. They will look after guests at the photo call and direct them to the venue. They will help entertain the guests as will will arrive last to the reception and show them to seats for dinner.
