Our hymns are chosen (subject to the vicar of dibbly)..

1. How Great Thou Art

2. Lord of all Hopefulness

3. Make me a Channel of your Peace.

I definitely want Guide Me O Great Redeemer, my Mum thinks it is a bit of a funeral song. Most people know the song as Cwm Rhonda and it has a really Welsh feel and as we are having a choir I want everyone to know where they are with some fabulous welsh voices singing their hearts out!

Haven\'t decided on the rest yet.

Number 3 is not well known but it is sung to the tune of the Sussex carol.

I think Karn has some ideas but not really discused it yet.

I fancy a hymn which reflects my work in construction, the first 2 lines are :

\"God of concrete, God of steel,
God of Girders, and of Wheels .....\"

were having:

2.Calon Lan (welsh Hymn!!)

Incase you hadnt guessed im Welsh!!!!!! so hence the welsh hymns!!

I am having about 20 hymns (yes 20!!!) because we are marrying in a Catholic Church with a full mass and singing all the extra bits like the Holy Holy, Our father, Lamb of God, etc. I really wanted Oh Lod my god When I in Awsome Wonder but mil2b said that it was a funeral hymn so nearly all of our hymns are quite modern!!
