Default Find Me A Band

Please help, I have suggestions/choices of entertainment that we plan to put on, see below. If you know of any other bands in kent that can give all round music, slightly jazz, please let us know.

1. Abba tribute band - They can play and sing, but are new to it, so are a bit 'bunny in the headlights'
2. Blok - Five piece soft rock band - The only thing is, thier playlist is really boring, I dont think they could learn loads of new songs before June.
3. Sugar Foot - 7 piece Jazz band based in Canterbury, but they play alot in London and I havent been able to see them. Has anyone got them on video?
4. Bill Barnicle - Famous Kent Jazz Band, a bit more old fashioned jazz, have been going for years, but again havent had a chance to see them recently.

Cool I have another wedding band suggestion

They're called The Expendables.

They're all quite young and play a good range of music - you can talk to them about which songs you want them to play. They're great fun.

I think they're only just getting their site together, but look at

the expendables : : the best music : : the best musicians

Or have you chosen already?

MMMmmmnnn,
I will have a think, I am a Kent girl, but I don't get out much these days o my knowledge of bands is a bit limited.
I think that the jazz options would be good for background music during dinner etc, but I think I'd go for the abba tribute for evening entertainment. Mind you, I do speak as a woman who chose kareoke for her wedding!
My brother had a "The Who" tribute act at his wedding last year, and while they were very good, they were a bit too loud!

The mention of my child's name may bring tears to my eyes,
But it never fails to bring music to my ears.
If you are really my friend,
let me hear the music of her name!
It soothes my broken heart and sings to my soul!
