How long does it take for wedding rings to be ordered once you\'ve decided which one you want?

Karen,

It depends on the shop. At the jewellers today, they told me two weeks!!!!

But that\'s because they make their own jewellery..

Other places have said a couple of months.

Depends on the shop and if the ring has to be specially made to match your engagement ring!!

Mine has to be made to fit around my engagement ring, I\'ve been told it will take between 6 and 10 weeks!! :o It\'s going to kill me to part with my ring for that long, thankfully H2B has agreed to buy me a cheapish silver ring to keep me going and not feel naked!! :duh:

Hope you don\'t have to wait that long!!

Hi bunny,

I might have to get one made too since i\'ve got an oval stone..

I didn\'t think about the wedding ring when we chose the engagement ring.

Not that it matters cos I love the one I have and will just have to find a way around it.
