Just got back from lunch in Hattan garden with Ben. We dropped our rings off to be engraved.
I knew we'd feel silly asking them for "mella's ben 5/7/02" and vice versa, but boy could I not stop giggling when she wrote mine down as "ben's melon 5/7/02"
I swear this wedding thing is affecting my sanity. All nutters - are you with me?
Mella, did you get your engraving done in the same place you bought your rings?
We want to get ours engraved but would prefer to use a recommended engraver so if yours will engrave if you haven't bought your rings there then I may pop along.
The worst thing was when the jewellery asked us what we wanted on the ladies ring. Ben blurted out "mella's ben" which got me rolling around in laughter cos he'd got it the wrong way around. The jeweller raised an eyebrow or two..
Denver - the shop does engraving on any rings - its just free on their own. Mine isn't from their shop and will cost less than a tenner.
