my friend got married today (unfortunately I couldn't go to the wedding)
i have another friend getting married in 3 weeks, we get married in 6 weeks time on 26 July.
I'm starting to feel a bit jittery about the whole getting married thing.
I had a few things go wrong last week, but nothing that wasn't sorted out. I am a natural born worrier, I guess I'm just doing my usual and worrying about nothing. I love my H2B. Just need some reasurrance, that's all.........

If I was getting married in 6 weeks, I'd be worried if I wasn't nervous!! I think it's pretty natural... If it makes you feel better have a check over everything you've organised, and confirm the details with people nearer the date... and just be happy that you'll be spending your life with someone you love!
As Jo said, it's perfectly normal to be a little bit worried. I got married 9 months ago (today exactly!) and I'm luckily the sort of person who doesn't get easily phased, normally! At the 6 week point I was starting to get the butterflies, but once we got to the one month point, and everything was paid and finalised, I settled down again!
Wishing you all the very best in the run up to your wedding, enjoy this time and I hope your day is truly fab! And don't forget to come back and tellus all about it, with piccies!
Lo xx

Love isn't about finding someone perfect....it's about learning to love an imperfect person....perfectly.
I'm not getting married until October and yet about a week ago just got really nervous about walking down the isle. It's natural to have some nerves, it's also part of the excitement. Remember that even if little thigs do go wrong, a long as you and H2B are there thats all that really matters. Of course you want everything to go to plan, but there are bound to be some tiny hicups such as Bm spiling something down dress but at the end of the day this will be somethig you can look back and laugh about. So just try and put it all in perspective. Everyone at that wedding is there because thay want to be. They are your family and friends and it's the comapny that makes the day. They will be willing you on during your walk down the isle and during any speeches.
You will have a great day.
have you tried Bach Rescue remedy to help calm those nerves a little? They sell it in Boots or Health shops, I find it usefull before interviews and things - try it
