Favours and name places - Wedding Forum

Hi

I thought I would save my self some money and make my favours into name places.

I have little gold boxes from John Lewis and in each of them I have a bit red chocolate heart. I then am going to tie them up with red ribbon. Had a bit of a problem finding somewhere to put the names but have sorted that. I printed them on red card and cut them out to little tags. I am then going to glue it just under the ribbon.

Anyway, my question is what do I do about myself and H2b. Do I make us a favour? Seems a bit strange but if I do not I will have to make some other name place for us.

Any thoughts?

It's not normal for the bride and groom to have favours, coz traditionally they are presents from B&G to the guests and family! However, I got carried away and ordered myself some too! I couldn't miss out on chocolate, now, could I??

Because our favours are also our place names I'm giving one to me and h2b..... they are also lottery tickets and no way were me and him missing out on hitting the jackpot!!
