I met my future H2B on a date line. He was from south of England and I was from Scotland, we chatted on the phone for a few weeks constantly, we exchanged letters and photographs and then we decided to meet.
We met and spend a fantastic, romantic weekend and I knew then that we would be married and he indicated that he felt the same way.
3 weeks later he moved to Scotland and we are due to be married soon.
Life is fantastic and he is deffinately the best person I have ever met.
My friend and I got into the club well early about 9.30, and he was on the dance floor dancing with one of his mates, so I said right, I\'m off for a dance, went up, and danced quite near, and it all went uphill from there!!!! :D
Mark and I met online and spent many weeks emailing, online chatting and phoneing before we got to meet (he was in Australia, I was in London!). He flew over to see me, everything was perfect, he flew over a few months later for Valentines day, and then I moved over here in May. :) We\'re moving back to the UK next MAy, and we\'ll be married on June 28th. :)
I met Steve through a friend from University. This friend had a party and Steve was there with his ex-girlfriend (she told me that they were still together - every other person at the party confessed that they had been split up for the past 8 months but she couldn\'t get over it!!).
Anyhow, she told me lots of stories about how badly he had treated her and I decided to teach him a lesson and treat him badly:mad::mad:
However, all went horribly wrong when we went out on our first date and I fell for him almost instantly. He was funny and kind and we\'ve been together for nearly four years now and married for 6 months (being horrendously sick icon).
Didn\' t stop his ex-girlfriend however - she started posting condoms through the letter box with notes stating \'hope you\'re being careful\'!!! Bloody cheek!! She also started stalking his house out at 6am every morning for nearly three months until he threatened to get a restraining order put on her!!!!
Still, it was all good training - if you can survive that, you can survive anything!!!!
Anyhow, i\'ve been out on the gin today, so ask me any questions you like and i\'ll probably answer them - feeling quite merry - wahayyyy!!!!!!
I\'ve known Chris since I was about 9 - we used to go to the same music group. We then went to neighbouring secondary schools and continued to do musicy things together - apparently I used to bully him, I know we all used to tease him, but when we were 16/17 in sixth form (with joint music Alevel lessons) we became friends properly and we\'ve been together since then - 1995.
I can\'t remember not knowing him which is quite strange. Luckily (hmm) we both came to Uni in Manchester or we wouldn\'t have survived (nearly didn\'t anyway) but here we are, 6 years on and getting married next summer! I don\'t think anyone from home can really believe it!
R,xx:D:D:D:D:yes:;)
Dan and I met whilst working for the same company 6 yrs ago. He literally moved in straight away, so I changed jobs, as I figured working and living together would be a bit too much.
We\'re getting married April next year, 6 1/2 yrs down the line - don\'t think our parents could quite believe that we\'re finally going to get married
:D, I can\'t though.
i met my H2B simon at our local social club!!(sad i know! ),i was working behind the bar at 16 years of age and simon was going out with one of the other girls who worked there, anyway they split up and he asked me out which i accepted. we went out a few times but i dumped him as i felt he was a bit toooo over possesive!!!!! .
in april 1998 he asked me if i would like to go to the university summer ball with him which again i accepted as ROBBIE WILLIAMS WAS SINGING THERE !!!!!!!!! that was on 15th may 1998 and we got engaged on 3 july 1998 on my 17th birthday, quick i know but we both knew that we would marry each other one day. and as you all say the rest is history.
we have bought a house together and are getting married on 27th july 2002 and i cant wait!
im soooooooooooooo excited.
Met Jamie seven years ago whilst working in New Scotland Yard for the MET Police! We were good friends for six months before we realised we were meant to be together and we haven\'t looked back! Got engaged in secret last October, announced it to family and friends on Christmas Day last year and get wed on 15th June 2002!
I am sooooo excited too, and totally can\'t wait!!! And, to add to my excitment, my flat mate has just got engaged and asked me to be her cbm!!! I have never been one before so I am totally thrilled and a bit nervous!
