Hi Bev,

Can you please pass this onto our new friend:

http://www.find-me-a-gift.co.uk/wedd...-templates.asp

It has free downloadable invitations etc on it.

Thanks

Default can't find that one

hi mistleuk,
i have tried your website address but couldn't get through to it
but you said something about checking spelling, i wonder if that might be the problem, could you let me know if that is the correct spelling please?

also i know i'm a bit cheeky (or a lot) but what kind of job do you work at to be on the computer at that time to be so kind as to send me a helpful email?

thanks a lot,

mazzee

Hi Mazzee,

Welcome to MGW!! I just wanted to let you know that the website Emma/Mistleuk is effectively the same as the one Bianca sent you too (I think at some point Paper Alchemy was bought by the group behind Find-Me-A-Gift). Here's the URL anyway: http://www.paperalchemy.com/free-templates.htm

If you're looking for actual software to design/print cards from, Hallmark Cards do have a software package but you may have to hunt around a couple of online retailers to find a copy:

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/...369553-4162269

Finally, if you do a search on http://www.google.com with the criteria of "wedding invitation" template you should find a few websites which have various examples and guides.

Have fun looking & making

Angela

hi and thanks,

could you perhaps email me a picture of your invite and tell me if it was all downloaded because those that i have downloaded look pretty basic, do they print out differently?

Downloads will work for insides or if you want to make a "postcard" type card invite

We used a vague template for the insides of ours but the outside was a ripped square of paper with a paper mini rose stuck on.

Once you know what words you what or how formal you want it, just have a play and see what happens!!

(If you have time that is!! If not, go to Smiths!! That's what we did when we used all our homemade ones!!)
